In the control (A, E, I), p-CTMP was co-localized with the glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in the CA3 region of the hippocampus. After KA treatment, p-CTMP/GFAP-positive cells were markedly increased at 1 day (arrowheads) and then decreased. Nuclear counterstaining was performed with DAPI (blue). (Scale bar=20 µm).
