Fig. 1AMagnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed a high-flow large AVM in the left parieto-occipital lobe. () The AVM had a nidus with a diameter greater than 5 cm at its greatest dimension. The transfemoral carotid angiogram (TFCA) revealed multiple, tortuous feeding arteries and dilated draining veins that showed the high shunt flow of an AVM.
