Fig. 2. TAP2 suppressed the gene expression of proinflammatory mediators in LPS-stimulated BV2 cells. After pretreatment with TAP2 (10 µM) for 30 minutes, BV2 cells were further incubated with LPS (100 ng/mL) for 3 hours. The mRNA levels of proinflammatory mediators, including TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, COX-2, and iNOS, were measured by qPCR.
