24 proteins were significantly changed in both the hippocampus and the cerebral cortex by memantine treatment. These proteins have met the criteria, the ratio of memantine/AD in expression levels of at least 1.2-fold (up-regulation) or at least <0.83-fold (down-regulation) as defined in the experimental procedures.
